Choice of Blower
There
are three types of DIDW centrifugal fans available:
a.
Forward curved for all model sizes.
b.
Backward inclined for all model sizes.
c.
Airfoil for all model sizes except some sizes.
2. Anti-Vibration
As
standard from the factory, the fan and motor assembly
are mounted on a common base with internally mounted
spring isolators which saves on site installation
cost.
3.
Square Flanged Outlet (Forward Curved & Backward
Inclined)
All
fan sections are supplied with a single square flanged
outlet to provide easy duct connection. Airfoil fan
shall be equipped with rectangular flanged outlet.
4.
Cooling Coil & Condensate Pan
The
cooling coil and condensate pan is a single assembly
mounted on slides to facilitate easy maintenance.
5.
Drift
Eliminators
Drift
eliminators are offered as a factory-supplied option
for application where the face velocity exceeds 2.5
m/s.
6. Double
Skinned Panels
All panels have double skinned
construction internally insulated with Polyurethane
Foam, on floor panels to gain access into the
Air Handling Unit without damaging the insulation.
7. Plastic
Coated Panels & Frames
All external frames are painted
with durable oven cured epoxy based powder paint and
the panels are plastic coated.
8. Lifting
Cum Joining Bracket
Air Handling Units are supplied
with lifting/assembly lugs located to suit optimum
hoisting stability and sectional joints.
9.
Insulation
The panels and frames are thermally
insulated : Panels, frames and floor panels with or
rigid Polyurethane foam.
10. Filters
Factory supplied and installed
filters are available.
11. Dampers
Mixing boxes are equipped with
parallel bladed and are interconnected from
outside with return air dampers.
